As a result of recently signed preferred supply agreements with significant national construction contractors we are excited to offer the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant, to join Marble in Sydney.

You will play a crucial role in servicing an impressive list of repeat business clients at the same time as engaging with new potential clients. We are looking for someone to join our trades division and work on the incredibly busy Electrical & HVAC sector which we have been across for the last 15 years working with plenty of largest and busiest contractors across the country.

Our database is significant, and well honed, and our industry specific tools & documents mean that even those without recruitment experience in the construction sector will seamlessly find themselves working in a market showing no signs of slowing.

What Do You Need?

• Experience in sales or recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and critical thinking ability
• An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
• Exceptional communication skills
• A drive to learn more and develop yourself professionally
• Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
