ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a longstanding luxury construction and development company based on the Gold Coast, who specialise in boutique high end residential projects.
They are a down to earth team of dedicated professionals working together to push boundaries is what makes them so unique in the bespoke market. As they set out for an incredible year of growth they are now looking to expand and grow the team and are now looking for someone to grow with the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is suitable for someone who comes from a construction background in home building. This role requires an admin superstar who isn't afraid to take on new tasks, learn on the go and be able to problem solve on the spot.
Currently the workbook consists of projects servicing the Gold Coast building homes where each project is completely different which means no two days are the same, there is always something new and challenging to look forward to.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
- Administration and Documentation Support
- Trade and Supplier Liaison
- Marketing and PR Coordination
- Client and Contract Management
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience working with a residential home builder is required
- Ability to remain highly organised
- Experience working with luxury home's is favoured but not essential
