My client are a leading high end, custom builder within VIC's south eastern suburbs. They are renowned for delivering complex projects to a high standard.

This builder completes projects that range in location from the inner suburbs, down to the Mornington Peninsula. From KDRB, to new builds, to reno's/extenstions, they complete it all. Projects range from $2-$10m in value.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects by:

• Managing the day to day running of 2 sites, from concept to completion
• Overseeing internal and external stakeholders - trades/suppliers/surveyors, negotiations
• Liaising with local council in regards to planning and approvals and acceptance of works
• Budgets - analyzing plans, checking quotations, trade analysis, issuing PO's
• Work closely with the Site Manager and CA

About You:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) within a Project Management role for a high end residential builder
• Ideally a trade background and or strong tenure working as a CA & Junior PM
• A qualification within construction
• Local experience across million dollar projects
• Strong communication skills that prioritize the client
• Ability to work within a tight knit team that value a collaborative work environment
