We're now offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Marble family in Melbourne. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing an impressive portfolio of repeat business clients while also engaging with new potential partners.

With a well-established database and industry-specific tools at your disposal, even those without prior recruitment experience in the construction sector will find themselves seamlessly navigating a market that continues to thrive.

What Do You Need?

• Experience in sales or recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and critical thinking ability
• An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
• Exceptional communication skills

• Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
