Company Summary:

My client is a well-known Queensland developer builder with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects up to $70m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful 2024 and gearing up for a busy 2025 and beyond with work secured until 2028 and beyond. They are now hiring an experienced Contracts Administrator and Senior Contracts Administrator (x 2 roles) due to growth.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 3 - 5 + years of experience in the role
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator & Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $80m+
