A well-established residential builder is seeking a driven Estimator to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent cost management skills, and experience in custom & luxury home projects.
???? Prepare accurate BOQs, take-offs & estimates for bespoke custom homes
???? Analyse architectural plans & specifications to ensure cost-effective solutions
???? Liaise with suppliers, trades & internal teams for pricing & procurement
???? Ensure budgets align with project timelines & client expectations
???? Identify and resolve potential cost or buildability issues before construction begins
✔️ Experience as an Estimator on custom home construction for minimum 2 years
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials & supplier networks
✔️ Proficient in estimating software & Excel
✔️ High attention to detail & problem-solving ability
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
