The Role/Company:

As our Marketing Manager you'll be the driving force behind our brand's success. You will lead and inspire a talented social media, design & marketing team to drive brand awareness & strategy, customer engagement, revenue growth and more.

You'll be working with a national business that specialises in delivering innovative and contemporary bathroom solutions, who's dedication to quality and design has fuelled rapid growth of the business over the last 15 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
  Manage creative campaigns that position the company as an industry leader as well as enhancing customer experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an 8-person marketing team
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities

• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

• Oversee content strategy, and social media growth
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ An individual with the ability to think outside the box & confident implementing new & creative ideas.

✔️ 5+ years of marketing leadership experience

✔️ Degree in marketing or similar is advantageous

✔️ Experience working with a high-end brand
✔️ Proven ability to manage and inspire a team
✔️ Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement
✔️ Excellent project management and strategic planning skills
