About the builder

My client are a multi-disciplinary team who pride themselves on their flexible & professional approach to everything they do, which in return means very happy clients & repeat projects!

They are currently looking for an eager Drafting Team Leader OR Senior Draftsperson who is looking to take the plunge and take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will want to grow and develop with the business and be hands on in implementing/developing drafting systems and processes. You will need to be a hands on team player who can produce and develop new home designs, draft preliminary plans, contract plans and amending all plans after variations.

What do you need?

• Proven experience as a Drafting Team Leader OR Senior Draftsperson working with a residential builder in a high volume environment - do not apply if this does not apply to you.
• Project portfolio covering project and custom home builds, project homes/House and land packages or communities etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills and team management experience
• Strong communication skills and client facing experience
• High levels of good time management-you will be fully accountable for your workbook and work flow
• Revit experience is essential - -please do not apply if you have not used this in a working environment
