HVAC Contract Administrator

HVAC Contract Administrator role with a tier one mechanical contractor. Opportunity to work across major commercial & industrial construction projects

• $95,000 - $120,000 + Super.

Currently working alongside an exciting tier one HVAC contractor who are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator/Manager to join the projects team. The organisation has been operating for 20 years and they are luckily enough to work across some of the largest major construction builds in NSW, such as hospitals, data centres, shopping centres, sports centres, and other commercial and industrial projects.

About the Role

As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for managing contracts, finances, and various other projects coordination tasks across a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC construction projects.

• Working in the project team directly with the Project Manager.
• Reviewing and preparing HVAC contracts with contractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Assisting with timeline and budgets.
• Ordering materials and creating purchase orders.
• Responsible for project financials, with some estimating and cost planning.
• Onboarding contractors and creating scope of works contracts.
• Getting quotes from suppliers.

What you will need

• Previous Contract Administration/Management experience across HVAC or Mechanical construction projects.
• Understanding of HVAC systems or mechanical engineering.
• Experience estimating or cost planning.
