This job opportunity is for a Senior Estimator role with a well-established luxury home builder in Western Australia. The company has been a pioneer in innovative building methodologies and materials for over four decades, offering a values-driven environment that prioritizes staff retention and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Estimator, you'll collaborate with an experienced Senior Scheduler, working on high-end residential projects ranging from $1.5M to $6M across Perth. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a company that is pushing the boundaries of traditional building.
Ideal Candidate:
The role is best suited for a detail-oriented, experienced Estimator with a passion for luxury home construction.
Key Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of Estimating experience with a residential builder (experience in two-storey homes is highly regarded).
✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to present costings and project information to clients effectively.
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and positive approach to work.
✅ Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
✅ High level of integrity in handling project costs and estimates.
