A well-established home builder in Adelaide is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their high-performing team. If you have a passion for delivering quality homes on time and within budget, this is your chance to step into a role where your expertise is valued and rewarded.

The Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects from start to finish. You will:
✔️ Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
✔️ Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
✔️ Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
✔️ Maintain schedules, budgets, and client expectations
✔️ Problem-solve on-site challenges to keep builds on track

About You:

???? Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
???? Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and WHS standards
???? Ability to lead and manage multiple trades effectively
???? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
???? A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
???? A current White Card & Driver's License
