Pre site + On site + End to end building coordinators wanted!! We have multiple homebuilders in Melbourne's South East offering great packages

We are working with multiple residential homebuilders in Melbourne's South East and Eastern Suburbs. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Building Coordinators with Presite and/or Onsite Experience. If you have a passion for the building industry and a proven track record in coordinating construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

  • Oversee and coordinate pre-site and on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of building permits and developer approvals.
  • Coordinate with councils, developers, and contractors to ensure necessary permits and approvals are secured, manage the contract process.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in obtaining occupancy permits, ensuring all documentation is in place for final inspections.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring key milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Provide support for site managers and supervisors during construction, ensuring safety standards and quality controls are maintained.
  • Handle documentation related to permits, approvals, and contracts, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a building coordination role with residential homebuilders, including both pre-site and on-site experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Permits and/or Occupancy Permits.
  • Understanding of the HIA contract and the ability to manage and interpret contracts effectively.
  • Experience with developer approvals and navigating the various stages of residential project approvals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
