Two of my clients, leading providers of essential services in Central Victoria, is seeking two highly motivated individuals to join their expanding teams. These roles offer the chance to make a tangible impact on the region's sustainability and infrastructure.

Role 1: Water Treatment Plant - Central Vic

Join the team at a major water treatment plant, ensuring the delivery of clean and safe water to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Oversee on-site HSE activities.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Manage incident reporting and investigations.
• Provide HSE advice and support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project and legislative HSE requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in the safety field and ideally experience having worked on water treatment or a related projects. A strong understanding of water quality regulations and a commitment to safety are essential.

Role 2: Renewable Energy Project - Central Victoria

Be part of a major renewable energy project, contributing to the transition to a sustainable future. The HSE Advisor will:

• Oversee on-site construction activities.
• Manage project schedules and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to project management.

Candidates should have proven experience in the safety space or related fields, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. A relevant safety qualification is highly desirable.
