About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join a growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing commercial clients, overseeing maintenance contracts, and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management, ideally within the plumbing sector, and a solid understanding of maintenance services. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance plumbing contracts for commercial sites.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of maintenance work, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts, including performance and service delivery metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with the operations and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the plumbing industry (other construction industries are still encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to account management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid full driver's license.
