Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial properties
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations and standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
• Collaborating with other trades on construction sites

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber in commercial maintenance and/or construction
• Relevant plumbing qualifications and licenses
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Own tools and reliable transport
