The role
- Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents, including contracts, permits, change orders, and invoices.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for construction projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that work is completed on time and any delays are addressed promptly.
- Review and process construction contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are met, and any amendments or change orders are properly documented.
- Source and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Accurate data entry using DataBuild & Onsite Companion
To be successful you will need
- Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
- Building & construction experience in a related role is essential
- Exceptional time management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills experience with Databuild & Onsite Companion
- A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
