I'm currently recruiting for a reputable industrial refrigeration services company that's looking to bring on a Service Manager to oversee service operations and lead a team of skilled technicians and admin. Whether you're already in a service manager role or transitioning from a hands-on technician position, this opportunity is a perfect fit for someone looking to take on more leadership responsibility in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role:

As Service Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of a skilled team of technicians, apprentices, and in-house engineers.
• Manage a variety of projects, fand ongoing servicing for clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Lead the team through technical challenges, offering guidance and support while maintaining service excellence.
• Help to streamline processes and improve operational workflows to meet client needs effectively.

About You:

• You have 10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration, with a strong background on the tools and technical expertise.
• You're already established as a Service Manager or a senior technician looking to transition into a full leadership role.
• You have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to balance technical problem-solving with managing client relationships.
• You have experience working with refrigeration systems for food processing and large cold storage faciltiites.
• You're a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
