Project Manager – Tier 2 Commercial Builder

Opportunity to join a National Tier 2 Builder on a brand new office development scheme in the West.

• $60m D&C Project
• Multiple project wins recently up to $200m

Award winning, National Tier 1 Contractor with a solid pipeline of work here in VIC on projects up to $250m. We're seeking an experienced PM to head up a $60m Office Development due to kick off in the next 4 weeks in Melton.

The Role:

▪ Manage the successful delivery of the project from inception to completion

▪ Drive the construction team & liaise closely with the Site Manager and CA team

▪ Assuring that project milestones are reached successfully & within target dates

▪ Produce and provide progress and cost reports

▪ Control all financial and budgetary requirements

Skills & experience required:

▪ Minimum 5 years' experience managing new build commercial projects $30m+

▪ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

▪ Highly developed programming & management skills
