About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Underground Auto Electrician's to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of underground mobile mining equipment to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain underground diesel equipment, including: Sandvik Loaders: LH514, LH517, LH517i, Sandvik Trucks: TH663i, Sandvik Drills: DD420, DD421, DD422i (on order), Solo 07, DL431i, DL432i, New Sandvik equipment on order, Normet Charge Up: 1614B's, Volvo & CAT Ancillary: L90H, L120F, IT930, 140M, 988K
• Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and operational teams to ensure production targets are met.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to site safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Cert III Automotive Electrician.
• Cert II Automotive Air-conditioning (Preferred)
• Underground mining or UG OEM background (Preferred)
• Experience in either of the following: open-cut mining, agriculture, or heavy road transport backgrounds.
• Experience working with underground mining equipment (e.g., Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc). (Preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an underground environment.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with mine site regulations.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
