Company Description

I am working with an exciting Communications & Electrical contractor who have been operating for the last 15+ years.

Due to recent project wins, as well as a solid pipeline of exciting projects lasting for years to come, they are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee a team of Electrical Project Managers working across large tier projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves overseeing and managing large communications packages on large projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and budgeting projects, as well as collaborating with stakeholders and design & engineering, project delivery and estimating teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Electrical & Communications construction management -
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage construction projects effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Proven ability to lead a team of Project Managers
