Roster and hours

You will be working a Monday - Friday roster.

The role

As an experienced parts interpreter, you'll be responsible for a range of duties, both customer and client facing and responsible for all aspects of parts organisation, ordering and chasing.

  • Respond to pricing and availability inquiries, liaise with local and overseas suppliers, correct product data errors, assist with annual returns, and manage parts discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels, anticipate bulk orders, clear obsolete stock, and support new model parts stocking.
  • Provide accurate freight quotes, coordinate with 3PL providers for timely dispatch, manage freight invoicing, and notify dealers of shipments.
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with customers, clients and internal stakeholder management.

Your value

You will come from a background working as a parts interpreter with good knowledge on SAP systems. To success in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven ability to use SAP ERP systems
  • Previous experience in parts interpreter roles
  • Fantastic communication and relationship building skills
  • School certificate
  • An excellent attitude towards work with proven ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and national police check
