As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven HVAC Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth.
The Role:
As an HVAC Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and overseeing the service team. This is a key role with significant growth potential, as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a leadership position, managing other Account Managers in the future.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue streams.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Oversee the service team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HVAC services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.

Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients.

Develop plans for the future expansion of the role, including leading a team of Account Managers.

Proven experience in HVAC sales, account management, or business development.

Strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and industry trends.

Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage and support service teams while driving business growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in leadership or a desire to grow into a leadership role is a plus.
