Join a leading underground mining equipment Workshop in Maddington WA.
What's on Offer?
- Up to $65 per hour + Super on top
- 50 hours per week + Paid Smoko breaks.
- Residential role - Home every night
- Lead the workshop team in the areas of quality and productivity
- Work on modern underground mobile plant equipment
Your Role:
- Following jobs from start to finish to ensure all work is completed in a time efficient and safe manner
- Assess machines coming into the workshop with the team and prepare a detailed scope of work, including parts lists and repair plan.
- Contribute to skills development of apprentices and ensure effective knowledge and skills transfer to less experienced tradesmen
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant nationally recognised trade qualification
- Experience specialising in underground earthmoving machinery repairs and rebuilds
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Heavy Earthmoving equipment repairs and rebuilds - Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet, Volvo
- Experience in leading a team to complete required tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on developing effective relationships and team building
