Seeking an experienced Site Manager for an $8M upcoming project in Roseville. Salary up to $180k + super, project to commence in May 2025.

About the Company

Our client has been operating for over 15 + years within the luxury residential industry across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs. Specialising in bespoke, architectural new builds and renovations with project values ranging from $4M - $10M

They have collaborated and worked with renowned architects and are known for their high quality workmanship and finishes. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming project based in Roseville.

About the Role

• Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to finishes
• Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis
• Weekly construction meetings
• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc.
• Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
• Undertake project quality assurance
• Manage defective work
• Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
• Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's

What You Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry is essential
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded
• Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager leading high-end residential projects from commencement to completion (minimum values from $4M)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Current drivers license
