Position: Commercial Plumbing Supervisor
Location: Gold Coast, Queensland
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year + Super + Vehicle (Based on Experience)
Start Date: 28th April 2025

Are you a highly skilled and experienced plumbing supervisor looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a dynamic team and manage large-scale commercial plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial plumbing projects.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within budget and on schedule.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure clear communication.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Provide leadership and training to junior team members.

• Conduct quality control inspections and manage project documentation.

Essential Requirements:

• QBCC Contractors or Nominee Supervisor Licence (Mandatory).

• Previous experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or Foreman.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and regulations.

• A reliable and professional attitude.
