A dynamic and rapidly growing shopfitting company, dedicated to quality retail environments and client satisfaction, is seeking a motivated Retail Project Manager to lead diverse projects!
What's Required:
- Manage project timelines from start to finish.
- Complete projects on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Manage project scope, variations, and defects.
- Oversee site safety and OH&S.
- Provide leadership to site staff.
- Conduct site visits for project oversight.
To be successful, you will have the following:
- A construction management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Over 5 years experience working as a PM, CA or Project Coordinator for a high-quality fit-out or mid-tier construction company.
- Ability to manage a small team
- Proficient across Office, Project, Bluebeam and Procore.
- Design & Construct project experience.
- Tendering experience.
