A reputable and established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their team. With a strong track record in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions, the company specialises in projects across various sectors including aged care, large apartment complexes, early learning centres, hotels, and commercial office buildings. Projects typically range from $500k to $2 million.

The Role:

The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing HVAC projects from inception through to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification.

You'll have the support of an experienced team but will be given the independence and decision-making authority to truly shape the success of each project.
