The Role:
As an Electrical Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and overseeing the service team. This is a key role with significant growth potential, as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a leadership position, managing other Account Managers in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue streams.
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee the service team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of Electrical services.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients.
  
• Develop plans for the future expansion of the role, including leading a team of Account Managers.

• Proven experience in Electrical sales, account management, or business development.
  
• Strong understanding of Electrical products, services, and industry trends.
  
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage and support service teams while driving business growth.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  
• Experience in leadership or a desire to grow into a leadership role is a plus.
