Company Summary:

My client is a sophisticated builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 35 years of proven success delivering projects more than $120m+, specialising in the commercial market.

After a successful 2024, and a strong pipeline of work kicking off 2025 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients, this organisation is now hiring an experienced Senior Site Manager due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry for projects between $50m - $150m. Specialising in a diverse range of projects including apartment towers, hotels, commercial towers, and more.

The Project: 20+ storey apartments inner Brisbane - $100m+

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 10 + years of experience
• Proven Tier 1-2 background and large tower experience.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Excellent past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!

• Strong leadership skills.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, and reliable to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $250m+
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
