Shopfitting Production Manager

Own the build, lead the team, deliver quality.

Drive high-quality production and lead a talented team in a dynamic shopfitting environment. You'll be the engine room, orchestrating everything from planning and scheduling to quality control and on-time delivery.

Your Mission:

• Mastermind production schedules, ensuring smooth workflows and hitting deadlines.
• Guide and develop our Production Office Team (Setout, Purchasing, Listing, Foreman)
• Hold impeccable standards of produced work and troubleshoot any hiccups.
• Streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Partner with Estimating and Projects to deliver exceptional results.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• Proven experience in production management/supervision (ideally shopfitting/cabinet making).
• Deep knowledge of joinery fabrication.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking prowess.
• Proficiency in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Procore, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for safety and continuous improvement
