About the company:

The are an established HVAC / Mechanical company working on the larger scale construction projects, as well small fit outs and service & maintenance across the commercial, health care and retail sectors. Due to more contract wins and extensions they are looking for a Service Manager to run a team of techs for the commerical division to carry out service and maintenance works and also run small fit out projects.

They are very flexible, do not micro manage and are looking for someone to make this role their own and put their own spin on it.

The right person must meet the following criteria:

• 3+ years as a Service Manager running a team of 5+ techs
• Able to multitask
• Great working attitude
• Be able to take clients for meals and to network
• Help improve our internal systems
• Be presentable with strong communication skills as you will be talking with stakeholders, clients, builders etc
• Be a team player

The right candidate will be offered the following:

• A fantastic remuneration package of $140k - $170k + super + car (depending on experience)
