Company Summary:

My client is a well-known national organisation with an excellent reputation in the QLD & AUS market spanning over 30 years of proven success delivering projects up to $30m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful 2024 and gearing up for a busy 2025 and beyond with work secured until 2028 and beyond. They are now hiring an experienced Contracts Administrator due to project wins and growth.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $2m - $30m+
