Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
Managing cost tracking and financial analysis
Providing general support to the Finance Manager as needed
Issuing customer invoices and rebate claims accurately and on time
Reconciling supplier rebates and managing payables
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close across multiple business entities
Preparing BAS and handling intercompany recharge processes
Progress towards (or completion of) CPA or CA is highly regarded
Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus but not essential
Full Australian working rights
Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships
Solid skills in Excel and Microsoft 365 - experience with accounting software is a bonus
