About the Company
Join a well-established custom home builder delivering 80-100 bespoke homes annually across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. This business is known for high-quality, architecturally designed homes with project values currently ranging from $1M to $2M. With a close-knit team, they're growing and looking for a reliable, organised Pre-Construction Administrator to support their expanding portfolio.

The Role
This position will work closely with the pre-construction and site teams, assisting with documentation, approvals, client liaison/customer service, and general administrative tasks to ensure projects move smoothly through the pre-construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track project documentation, permits, and approvals
• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants
• Support Site Supervisors and office staff with project-related administration
• Ensure compliance with council and private certifier requirements

About You:

• 2-3 years' experience in a Pre-Construction Admin, Construction Admin, or Permits role (ideally within residential construction)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator, able to work well within a small, collaborative team
• Experience with custom home projects highly regarded
