Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to winning strategies? My client has an established and growing water infrastructure and building division is seeking two enthusiastic Bid Coordinators to join their collaborative team of five.

In this pivotal role, you'll be heavily involved in all aspects of the bid preparation process. You'll work closely with their bid managers, estimators, and project teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of compelling proposals that showcase their expertise in the building and water infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the bid life cycle, from initial opportunity identification to final submission.
  • Coordinating and formatting bid documents, ensuring a professional and consistent presentation.
  • Managing document control, including version control, distribution, and archiving.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other supporting materials.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external consultants to gather necessary information.
  • Maintaining and updating bid databases and trackers.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our bid processes and templates.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within the civil construction or building industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong team ethic.
