The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Medium Density Supervisor to join a passionate and growing team. Overseeing the delivery of a small number of well-planned group dwelling projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring each development meets strict quality, time, and budget expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site activities across multiple medium-density residential projects (small group dwellings and townhomes).

• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are completed to a high standard.

• Maintain compliance with WHS policies and building regulations.

• Monitor project schedules, drive program milestones, and resolve any on-site issues proactively.

• Build strong relationships with clients, who include both private developers and community housing providers.

• Undertake quality assurance inspections at key construction stages.

• Report progress and maintain open communication with the Project Management team.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience supervising residential construction projects, ideally within the medium-density or townhouse sector.

• Solid technical knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• A focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Trade qualification or relevant building/construction certification preferred.

• Current White Card and driver's license essential.

• Supervisors licence would be looked upon favourably
