$100,000 - $120,000 per year + Super and benefits

This crucial role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative drafting team always ensuring efficient and high-quality production. Main responsibilities include:

• Directly managing and motivating the drafting team
• Providing strong leadership, coaching, training, and actively developing the skills of staff, with a focus on the future skillset development of the entire production team
• Liaise with Architects, Builders etc to read drawings ensuring they are correct and make any corrections if required
• Managing and maintaining quality control standards throughout the production process, putting scheduling and sequencing at the forefront of your daily duties
• Providing hands-on assistance in Pytha or similar
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to schedule
• TQ Shopfitter or Joiner is advantageous
• Identify of improvement and implement new strategies to advance company efficiency.
• Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment and maintaining a positive work culture

About You:

The successful applicant will be an experienced and friendly individual with a passion for high-quality and joinery and fitouts. You will have:

• Demonstrable experience in a long-term drafting or Production Manager position within the shopfitting or joinery experience
• The ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is essential as you will provide hands-on
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills as you will be responsible for liaising with Builders and Architects
