Two major property developers have teamed up to develop 118 hectares of industrial land in Western Sydney’s Kemp Creek.
Once completed, the project will deliver over 850 hectares of industrial land, generating over 5200 construction jobs and accommodating in excess of 17,000 full time positions.
The new area is on the corner of Mamre Road and has an anticipated end value of $1 billion dollars.
It will accommodate up to 400,000 square meters of sustainable logistical and industrial facilities.
Frasers Property Industrial General Manager Northern Region, Ian Barter, said the Frasers and Altis identified Mamre Road Precinct a number of years ago as the next frontier for industrial expansion in Sydney.
