3-Tower design scheme updated for Hercules Street development

Economic Development Queensland has recently received an updated development application for a redesigned development scheme for 19 Hercules Street, Hamilton.

The proposed Use Architects designed development has three stages consisting of three residential towers over 29 levels.

Stage one includes a generously sized public civic court boasting beautiful landscaping, water features and covered amenity, dedicated areas for active recreation.

Retail tenancies will be housed in a mezzanine level along with a swimming pool and outdoor club house facilities for the use of residents.
