Gardner Vaughan Group has completed a development of a 3-stage, predominantly residential development comprising of three towers.

The development consists of a total of 117 apartments and is located adjacent to Westfield Chermside at 75-81 Kittyhawk Dr, Chermside.

The development was designed by Gardner Vaughan Group themselves.

The building is called Estilo on the Park, the development includes a communal recreation area between the buildings on the first floor podium as well as two retail tenancies which front Kittyhawk Drive.

According to the development application, the building offers a modern, high-quality mixed use development that sensitively responds to the specific circumstances of the site and capitalises on the locational advantages of the site with regard to proximity to the Chermside regional centre, road and public transport networks and recreational/open space opportunities.
