Earlier this month the second longest steel arch bridge in NSW was lifted into place. It is one of six bridges which will be delivered as part of the Parramatta Light Rail
The bridge, which is part of the Parramatta Light Rail Project, weighs 1,425 tonnes and it’s arch is 15 meters high.
It was built to allow cyclists and pedestrians cross James Russ Drive in order to access the new Tramway Avenue light rail stop.
