National Construction Management Announced as Builder for Cube Development’s Nature.

Nature is a building development complex overseen by Queensland’s Cube Development. Designed by Cottee Parker, Nature is a luxury apartment complex comprising of 12 residences, within an 8-storey building in Maroochydore, Queensland.

National Construction Management has been announced as the builder for the project and construction is set to begin in the coming weeks of December 2021. This marks the third project undertaken by the builder, in collaboration with Cube Development.

The project, which includes a 25-lap pool, a gym, a steam room, a spa, a yoga lawn, private gardens with green spaces and plenty of sun-lounge areas, has already sold close to $39 million worth of apartments off the plan.

Described as ‘some of the most luxurious apartments on the Sunshine Coast,’ Nature will boast an open glass façade amongst other high-end architectural feats. Only one apartment remains available, priced around $3.5 million.

The development of the project is set for completion in 2023.
