Victoria’s Best Building Projects of 2021

Crown Casino in Melbourne unveiled the awards for the best building projects in Victoria of 2020, on the 20th and 21st of January 2021. The awards were announced by The Master Builders Association and cover commercial and residential projects.

Maben Group Pty Ltd was named Master Builders Victoria Commercial Master Builder of the Year, for its upgrade to the aesthetics of more than 10,000 sqm of Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s Maribyrnong.

Easton Pty Ltd was named Master Builders Victoria Residential Builder of the Year for its work in building a prestigious 5-bedroom home in Melbourne’s Toorak. The property also featured 10 bathrooms, a spa, a lap pool, 4-metre high ceilings, an art gallery, a library, a gymnasium, a home theatre and a terrace with 360-degree views.

Despite the challenges of Covid, both Maben Group and Easton finished their high-quality projects in record time. Both construction groups are feeling positive entering 2021.
