Lendlease Plan for First Office Tower in Perth’s Waterbank

Lendlease have proposed its first commercial tower at the $1.3 billion Waterbank in the Perth CBD, with hopes to join the two residential towers approved next to the Swan River.

The new office tower is estimated to be worth $85 million, standing at six levels and across 13,600 square metres.

A key feature of the new office building, called ‘The Campus’, will be its generous 3000 sq m floor plates.

The Waterbank development is set to be home to  1300 residential unites, 150 housing units, office development, treatise and community spaces.
